The ryokan's location near the Yuwaku Onsen bus stop makes it easily accessible from the main city. Upon arrival, the staff showed excellent hospitality by guiding us to our room and providing assistance with English explanations. the shared bath, reminiscent of the popular anime Hanasaku Iroha, was a great addition to our stay. the outdoor onsen bath provided a relaxing experience with a beautiful garden view.

The overall experience lacked a certain spark or wow factor.

Had an amazing weekend at a traditional ryokan, just a short walk from the onsen bus stop. the staff were incredibly friendly, even going as far as making sure my shoes were dry for the next day. the shared bath was a highlight of the stay, with a beautiful outdoor onsen bath and a cozy relaxation area. the food was exceptional, with fresh seafood and delicious beef. A memorable stay that I would highly recommend!

Had a fantastic time during Christmas break. the food was amazing and truly exceeded expectations - especially the sea food and beef dishes. the shared bath was an absolute delight; the indoor area felt like it was straight out of an anime! , the location was convenient and easy to access from the bus stop.

The decor and atmosphere of the hotel lacked personality and individuality. It would have been nice to see a unique feature that truly set the hotel apart from others.
